LITA — TERMS OF SERVICE, PRE-ORDER, SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

Welcome to LITA. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LITA. LITA operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, products, and services (the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.


SECTION 1 — ACCESS & ACCOUNT

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.


SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATION

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display our products. However, colors, textures, or appearance may vary depending on your device or display settings.

All product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change at our discretion without notice.


SECTION 3 — ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS (IMPORTANT)

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm acceptance.

Pre-Orders

Certain LITA products are sold as pre-orders and are manufactured specifically in response to customer orders.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase

  • Funds are used to secure materials, manufacturing capacity, and production

  • Delivery will occur at a later, clearly stated date

  • Cancellation and refund eligibility is limited as described below

Pre-orders are governed by this agreement and our Refund Policy.


SECTION 4 — PRICING, BILLING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in [ADD PRIMARY CURRENCY] and are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include:

  • Import duties

  • Value-added tax (VAT)

  • Customs fees

  • Other local charges

Where applicable, these charges are calculated and displayed at checkout as a separate line item and are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are collected on behalf of local authorities and are non-refundable.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.


SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via insured express courier service from Switzerland.

  • Shipping is complimentary

  • Delivery timelines begin once production is complete

  • All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees

LITA is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing, quality control, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.


SECTION 6 — DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS (IMPORTANT)

LITA ships internationally from Switzerland.

  • Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are not included in the product price

  • These charges are pre-paid by the customer at checkout

  • Charges are collected on behalf of local authorities

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable

Customs clearance times may vary by destination.


SECTION 7 — REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

In-Stock Items

In-stock items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.


Pre-Orders (Critical)

Pre-orders are subject to the following terms:

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase

  • After this period, pre-orders are non-refundable, as funds are committed to production

If LITA is unable to fulfill a pre-order within a reasonable extension of the stated delivery window, customers will be eligible for a refund.


Damages & Errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact hello@lita.watch immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Pre-orders after the cancellation period

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personalized products

  • Duties, taxes, and shipping fees


SECTION 8 — MANUFACTURING & DELIVERY ADJUSTMENTS

Pre-order products require advance production commitments. Minor manufacturing or logistics delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

LITA will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates if delivery timelines change.


SECTION 9 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site is owned by LITA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use of our Services is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only.


SECTION 10 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

LITA may provide access to third-party tools or services. These are provided “as is” without warranties, and use is at your own risk.


SECTION 11 — SHOPIFY

LITA is powered by Shopify. All transactions are between you and LITA. Shopify bears no responsibility for orders or fulfillment.


SECTION 12 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law.


SECTION 13 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LITA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:
