Purchase Options
LITA offers products for purchase as either in-stock items or pre-orders. The applicable purchase option for each product is clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the purchase option selected and the associated fulfillment timeline.
Order Cancellation — In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock items may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us at hello@lita.watch.
Once an in-stock item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and any return must be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation — Pre-Orders (Important)
Pre-order products are manufactured specifically in response to customer orders and require advance commitments to materials, suppliers, and production capacity.

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase

After this period, pre-orders cannot be canceled and are non-refundable, as production commitments have been made
By completing a pre-order purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept these terms.
Production & Timeline Adjustments
Estimated delivery timelines for pre-orders are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Minor adjustments to production or delivery schedules do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
In the event that LITA is unable to fulfill a pre-order within a reasonable extension of the stated delivery window, customers will be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Exceptional Circumstances
Cancellation requests outside the stated terms may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at LITA’s sole discretion. Approval of any exception is not guaranteed and does not establish precedent for future requests.
