Refund & Pre-Order Policy
Standard Returns (In-Stock Items)
We have a 30-day return policy for in-stock items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Pre-Orders (Important)
Certain LITA products are sold as pre-orders and are manufactured specifically in response to customer orders.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

Your payment is collected in full at the time of purchase

Funds are used to secure materials, manufacturing capacity, and production

Delivery will occur at a later, clearly stated date
Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase

After this period, all pre-orders are non-refundable, as production commitments have been made
If LITA is unable to fulfill a pre-order within a reasonable extension of the stated delivery window, customers will be eligible for a full refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@lita.watch so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, provided the item is in unused condition and original packaging.
This right does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly identified as pre-orders once the stated cancellation period has passed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
