Shipping Method

All LITA watches are shipped via insured express courier service from Switzerland.
We are pleased to offer complimentary express shipping on all orders.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeline

Certain LITA products are sold as pre-orders and are manufactured specifically in response to customer orders.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are clearly stated on each product page

  • Shipping timelines begin once production is complete and your order is released for fulfillment

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to reasonable adjustment due to manufacturing, quality control, or logistics considerations

We will provide updates if timelines change.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (Important)

LITA ships internationally from Switzerland.

  • Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are not included in the product price and will be shown as a line item at checkout 

  • These charges are calculated at checkout and are pre-paid by the customer as a separate line item

  • Duties and taxes are collected on behalf of local authorities and are non-refundable

This ensures a smoother customs clearance process and avoids unexpected charges upon delivery.

Customs & Clearance

Orders are shipped with appropriate customs documentation and classification.
Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on destination country customs processing.

LITA is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local authorities.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
LITA cannot be responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Failed Delivery or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect address information, or failure to accept delivery:

  • Any return shipping fees, duties, or taxes incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund

  • Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable
